The role develops XDM schemas, identity and audience configurations, customer journeys, campaign workflows, APIs, and batch/streaming data integrations. It monitors platform health, troubleshoots data and activation issues, supports production releases, and applies governance, privacy, and engineering standards so cruise and casino marketing teams can deliver reliable, measurable personalization on a scale.

  • Support testing, experimentation, quality assurance, and deployment.

  • Diagnose qualification, identity, decisioning, deliverability, and channel-execution issues.

Platform Operations & Reliability:

  • Monitor ingestion, identity processing, audience qualification, journey execution, and destination performance.

  • Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and work with Adobe or integration partners to resolve defects.
