The Marketing Coordinator provides marketing coordination and administrative support across B2C and B2B marketing initiatives. Independently coordinates smaller-scale tactical email, direct mail, and collateral projects, such as postcards and targeted email communications, while supporting Specialists and Managers with larger marketing programs and campaigns. Supports project workflows, production, routing, and distribution across email, direct mail, digital, social, collateral, and other marketing communications. Reviews marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand standards and assists with maintaining project schedules, reports, records, and marketing files. Supports departmental activities including events, ship visits, sweepstakes, social media communications, and influencer and talent travel coordination. Provides administrative support to departmental management and the broader Marketing team, including coordinating travel, submitting IT-related requests, ordering supplies, and other day-to-day departmental needs.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Coordination & Execution
Provides day-to-day support to B2C and B2B Marketing Specialists and Managers across marketing initiatives and projects.
Independently coordinates smaller-scale tactical email, direct mail, and collateral projects, including postcards and targeted email communications, while supporting Marketing Specialists and Managers with larger campaigns and initiatives.
Consolidates and communicates feedback from project routings to project leads and creative resources, including design, copy, layout, and imagery changes.
Reviews marketing materials for adherence to brand positioning, messaging strategies, and graphic standards.
Supports project accuracy by confirming fares, offers, disclaimers, and other details; thoroughly proofreads materials and helps resolve conflicting feedback prior to final production.
Marks up and routes marketing materials for review and approval using PageProof and maintains organized, accurate project files on the Marketing shared drive.
Coordinates brochure, collateral, and promotional merchandise fulfillment for special events and works with external vendors as needed.
Marketing Operations, Communications & Administrative Support
Maintains email and direct mail project schedules and prepares relevant reporting and materials for meetings.
Updates and distributes weekly Direct Mail Reports.
Serves as the primary Marketing point of contact for requests from the shipboard Onboard Sales team for printed and digital flyers, collateral, and other marketing materials. Gathers requirements and coordinates with the appropriate Marketing team members to develop, update, and deliver final materials.
Manages the weekly scheduling and posting of content to the Sales Facebook page, maintaining a consistent posting cadence and working closely with the Trade Marketing Specialist, who leads the overall Facebook communications strategy and content plan.
Provides administrative support to the Marketing team, including coordinating departmental travel, submitting IT-related support requests, ordering office supplies and business cards, and assisting with other departmental administrative needs.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinates with multiple departments to ensure communication is shared and all inputs accounted for – including Customer Service, Revenue Management, Sales, Public Relations and Shared Services.
Other Duties / Influencer & Talent Travel Coordination
Influencer & Talent Travel Coordination: Provide administrative and logistical support for travel arrangements for influencers, content creators, and other talent sailing aboard Cunard ships, including coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel requirements with internal teams and external partners.

Supports marketing activities across consumer, trade, CRM/email, digital, social, direct mail, print, and collateral. Independently coordinates smaller-scale tactical marketing projects while providing executional and administrative support for larger campaigns and initiatives led by Marketing Specialists and Managers.
Works across multiple internal teams, including Sales, Revenue Management, Customer Service, Public Relations, and Shared Services, as well as external agencies and vendors.
Supports email and direct mail workflows, including scheduling, routing, proofreading, production coordination, reporting, and distribution.
Coordinates assigned marketing requests and deliverables, ensuring requirements are gathered, timelines are followed, and appropriate team members are engaged.
Supports consistent execution of marketing communications in accordance with established brand standards, messaging, processes, and guidelines.
Problem-solving:
Identifies and helps resolve day-to-day issues that may impact marketing projects, timelines, or deliverables.
Reviews project details to identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential issues and escalates more complex matters to Marketing Specialists or Managers as appropriate.
Works with internal teams and external partners to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine project challenges.
Uses available reporting and information to support campaign execution, quality control, and accuracy.
Identifies opportunities to improve day-to-day processes and workflows and demonstrates sound judgment in determining when issues require escalation.
Impact:
Contributes to the timely, accurate, and effective execution of B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.
Supports consistent, high-quality, and on-brand marketing communications across channels.
Ensures assigned tactical marketing projects and deliverables are completed accurately and according to established timelines.
Helps maintain efficient project workflows, reporting, documentation, and marketing processes.
Provides reliable marketing coordination and administrative support that enables the broader Marketing team to operate effectively.

Works collaboratively with Marketing Specialists, Managers, cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to support successful project execution.

Essential/Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Relevant education and directly related work experience that provides an equivalent breadth and depth of knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, agencies, vendors, and other internal and external partners.
Strong writing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills, with an understanding of appropriate style, grammar, and brand consistency.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate multiple projects and deadlines, follow established processes and timelines, and work effectively in a team environment.
General understanding of marketing principles and tactics across consumer, trade, email, digital, social, direct mail, and brand marketing.
Familiarity with marketing creative, print, and digital production processes.
Ability to review basic marketing data and reporting and identify errors, discrepancies, or items requiring follow-up.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as email, web-based applications, and PDF tools.
Ability to learn and work effectively with marketing project management, routing, CRM, and workflow platforms such as PageProof, Siebel, or similar tools.
Essential experience required:
Experience supporting the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience supporting email and direct mail production workflows, including project routing, creative and copy review, proofreading, production coordination, and working with internal teams and external agencies.
Experience coordinating smaller-scale tactical marketing projects, such as email communications, direct mail, postcards, collateral, or similar marketing materials.
Familiarity with email marketing and CRM programs and basic campaign execution processes.
Understanding of creative, digital, direct mail, and print production processes.
Experience reviewing marketing creative and copy for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established brand guidelines.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain project schedules, track deliverables, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and escalate potential issues when needed.
Comfortable reviewing basic campaign reporting and identifying information that may require follow-up.
Experience working with project management, routing, or workflow tools such as PageProof, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred.
Experience with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, reporting, or analytics platforms preferred.
Travel:Less than 25%
Work Conditions:Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Physical Demands:Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
** This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
