We’re looking for an amazing Manager, Treasury to fill this hybrid role which is based out of our Miami, FL office. In this critical role you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entirety of the Treasury function for Holland America Line and Seabourn in coordination with Princess Cruises Treasury team. The role will be highly collaborative, specifically with the PCL Treasury team, while being responsible for bank account oversight including coordination, maintaining, and auditing of bank accounts and related responsible Officer signatories.

Responsibilities
- Manage periodic forecasts of cash position, expected inflows, and outflows to meet the financial obligations of the company.
- Oversee cash management including forecasting and funding in various currencies in line with Global Treasury initiatives and ways of working.
- Ensure policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Manage banking relationships, bank account setup, and signatory listings and reporting.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties and expenditure policy compliance is maintained during wire processing.
- Monitor investments and coordinate with Corporate parent for funds procurement.
- Supervise currency trades on the company’s behalf for various foreign currencies.
- Establish, enforce, and ensure the adequacy of internal controls, policies and procedures across teams and processes managed.
- Identify and implement process improvements, work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with PCL Treasury team on responsibility of bank account oversight, including coordination, maintenance, and auditing of accounts.
- Provide leadership and direction through day-to-day management of the Treasury function while living out the corporation’s culture essentials.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Project Leadership and/or a related field required.
- 5+ years professional experience in Finance or Accounting industry, with at least 3 years in a Corporate Treasury function.
- Organizational cash management experience.
- Customer service orientation to support business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Extensive knowledge of banking systems and online platforms.
- Experience with multiple currency trading.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

- Base Salary Range: $93,300.00-$125,900.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
