We are looking for an amazing Manager, Integrated Planning to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Manager leads a high performing team of marketing professionals that develop integrated tactical plans orchestrated across functional areas, draft the campaign’s creative strategy, drive in-market timing, oversee the go-to-market process, and facilitate after action reviews. They are responsible for maintaining campaign calendars and identifying conflicting priorities or messaging in the planning stage. They work with the team to maintain the Marketing Tactical Eco-system (our source of the truth) in Smartsheet. The role functions in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and highly organized environment collaborating with multiple teams with sometimes shifting priorities and lead times. This person must be detail-oriented, have a high capacity for multiple projects/campaigns in different stages and be timeline-driven. Challenges in this role include achieving alignment among cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines, and adapting to marketplace and business changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of commercial and revenue-driving campaigns orchestrated across cross-functional tactics and timing, which may mean the direct ownership of a campaign, or providing guidance/direction to direct reports to execute campaigns       
  • Lead internal and cross-functional meetings, ensuring campaigns are on track and there are no issues with hitting launch date, escalating issues and working to problem solve as needed. Foster strong relationships with partners in marketing, commercial, e-commerce/ web, and trade sales. Influence cross-functional decisions impacting development and delivery of tactics.                                                             
  • Evangelize the value of integrated planning and proactive promotional planning.  Reinforce processes and document decisions and plan changes. Balance resources and drive efficiencies in workflow management to generate a faster speed to market across different areas.                                                             
  • Champion content/promotional planning, creative and messaging that meets campaign objectives and carries a singular voice across all tactics, while leveraging best practices and prior learnings.                                 
  • Mentor direct reports and identify growth opportunities and professional development
  • Commercial Marketing acts as the integrated hub of all marketing functions.  This leader has a holistic view of business priorities and marketing initiatives. Not only do they lead the herculean task of crafting and calendaring the initial annual plan for promotions, but they also manage the week-by-week complexity of mapping all supported offer types (public, private, casino, opaque) and proactively provide recommendations to preemptively avoid conflicts and collaborate with stakeholders to find resolutions.
  • The organization and orchestration that enables Marketing to function as a well-oiled machines is founded and federated from this leader and this team.  This team has a huge impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market plans.
  • They lead a team of high-capacity, high performing marketing professionals.  They have 2-3 direct reports. They need to make insight and data driven decisions in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment while juggling multiple priorities. They must be able to navigate and respond evolving business priorities while bringing them along with them.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Proven track record of developing and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in a global organization, or travel/hospitality industry is helpful but not required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and verbal) are required to communicate with cross-functional partners                                                    
  • Proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing functions and principles, including high-performing creative and content planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and present results.
  • Must be organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly building/maintaining PowerPoint presentations, Smartsheets, Adobe Workfront                                                    
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
