Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program gives students hands-on exposure to the dynamic cruise and leisure travel industry. Interns contribute to meaningful projects while participating in professional development, leadership sessions, and enrichment activities that showcase life at Princess.
We are looking for an amazing Intern, Paid Media to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Summer Paid Media Intern will support the activation of media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including display, paid search, paid social, video, TV, and radio. This role ensures that creative assets and media placements align with strategic plans and are delivered accurately.

Responsibilities
Assist with campaign briefing to creative teams for all paid media channels.
Perform quality assurance checks on creative assets and track delivery timelines.
Monitor and maintain accurate creative-to-placement assignments across campaigns.
Help track media placements and ensure compliance with media plans.
Support performance analytics, compiling data for reporting and optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth activation workflows.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
Interest in paid media and marketing operations.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and strong communication skills are a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
