We are looking for an amazing Intern, Finance Administration to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Finance Intern will support core financial planning and analysis activities, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role helps ensure financial data, reports, and insights are accurate, timely, and aligned with departmental and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Assist with monthly close, budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data gathering, variance analysis, and report preparation.
Support the creation of management reporting materials, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Help analyze business trends, cost initiatives, and performance metrics to identify key insights.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to support process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
