Essential Functions:
Vehicle Operation & Safety: to safely operate company vehicles under various road and weather conditions. To Inspect vehicle before and after trips and Maintain accurate delivery records.
Material Handling & Equipment: to lift, load, unload, and transport materials safely while following proper handling procedures. Forklift experience preferred.
Work Style & Adaptability: to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. to adapt to changing schedules and transportation needs.
Communication & Compliance: to collaborate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers while maintaining a professional demeanor. to identify potential safety hazards, respond appropriately to emergencies, and comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Essential/Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
CDL - Group A - Commercial Drivers License; Class A or B Driver License (CDL)
CDL - Group B - Commercial Drivers License; Class A or B Driver License (CDL)
No moving traffic violations within the last two (2) years
Must possess valid driver’s license appropriate for the position
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to ethical and compliant culture, including integrity, honesty, respectful treatment of others, and willingness to speak up
Requires regular movement throughout CCL facilities
Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
May need to stand for long periods of time
Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery
May be requested to work a different shift

This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
