Your Responsibilities
Support with reporting and administrative activities, including, among other things, the preparation of HESS KPIs, the consolidation of project information and updates for various purposes (such as funding screening), internal communication regarding decarbonisation topics, crew engagement in energy efficiency, and SEEMP management.
- Consolidate project summaries and information to be used for different purposes (e.g., funding screening activities)
- Assist with reporting activities, including KPI calculations, and support internal communication efforts regarding decarbonisation topics
- Support activities related to engaging crew in energy efficiency improvements
- Provide administrative support for SEEMP (Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan) management
Your Profile
- Active enrolment for bachelor’s or master’s degree in a German university with focus on Maritime Transport, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or any related field
- Ideally first professional experience with policies and frameworks related to sustainability and energy management is desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, technical documentation and report building
- Responsible, reliable and good teamwork spirit
- Ability to consolidate and manage data across multiple projects
- Understanding of Data Privacy, Security, and Integrity
