Your Responsibilities

 ​

Are you passionate about maritime innovation and project execution? As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations throughout all phases of hotel and dry dock projects. From planning to execution and financial closing, you will be at the heart of delivering successful outcomes.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with AIDA, Fleet Team, Dry Dock Team, Brand, Architects, and Engineering, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across all project phases. Your expertise in project management, ship maintenance, logistics, and stakeholder coordination will be essential in navigating complex challenges and driving efficiency.

  • Responsible for the internal and external coordination, including suppliers, data collection, travel arrangements, accommodation, and financials throughout project phases  
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand, CMG, ship crews, and support teams to ensure efficient project execution     
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, dynamically optimizing activity planning based on lessons learned and evolving circumstances        
  • Provide analytical support to the AIDA Evolution team, working on reports, statistics, control and yard analysis
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support project success

Your Profile

  • University degree or vocational/professional training in a commercial or business-related field
  • First professional experience in the area of ships management is a plus
  • Proven administrative experience, with proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong coordination abilities, supporting operational efficiency across various teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
  • Very good knowledge of the English language (English is our company language)
