Your Responsibilities

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role at the heart of fleet operations? As Technical Logistics Coordinator, you’ll orchestrate service logistics, contractor travel, and material deliveries—keeping everything moving smoothly across global teams. If you're organized, maritime-savvy, and eager to make an impact, we’d love to welcome you aboard for this exciting journey.

  • Support Fleet Team Superintendents in the Coordination and Execution of external service activities
  • Manage the invoices’ discrepancies and their settlement by liaising with the involved parties and administer the prepayment requests
  • Monitor the preliminary steps for the service execution and supervise the service-related material POs by assisting the vendors in matter of logistics
  • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating service and material purchase orders for direct ship delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution through effective stakeholder communication and purchase order oversight
  • Supervise, monitor and control the post service activities by interacting with all parties to ensure their timely positioning
  • Manage exceptional landings, redeliveries, ship-to-ship transfers, and urgent air shipments outside standard logistics procedures, in close coordination with Superintendents, logistics teams, and purchasing to ensure smooth execution
  • Perform other job-related duties as required to support operational needs

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Tourism Management or Supply Chain Management
  • Professional training in travel services and technical supplies
  • One to two years of professional experience in the area of maritime organizations or cruise industry
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal
  • Effective time management and prioritization skill
  • Proactive team player
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
  • Very good command of the English language
