Your Responsibilities
Join our team as Supervisor Naval Documentation & Plans, playing a key role in ensuring ship‑wide documentation and plans comply with class and flag requirements throughout refit projects. If you are a naval architect looking for a new professional challenge, this role offers an excellent opportunity to extend your experience across the fleet.
- Lead the revision of ship documentation and plans related to Refit Projects
- Analyze existing ship documentation and plans and initiate necessary updates
- Drive the exchange of information and requirements internally and with all relevant external parties
- Ensure timely plan updates in accordance with applicable rules and regulatory requirements
- Oversee class approvals and lead of class‑relevant verifications on board
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the maritime sector, preferably in ship management, the cruise sector, or related fields
- A cooperative and approachable mindset, combined with a decisive demeanor
- Solid knowledge of applicable rules such as SOLAS, FTP Codes, IMO, MARPOL, etc
- Knowledge of class and flag rules is an advantage
- AutoCAD skills required
- Very good command of the English language (English is our company's official language)
