Your Responsibilities
Join our team as a Superintendent Hotel- Refit & Projects, where you'll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing hotel projects for large-scale passenger ship refits and onboard operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
- Responsible of all hotel project activities, including planning, preparation, execution and control of large-scale passenger ship refit programs and smaller hotel projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget compliance across disciplines and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Fleet, and Ship Managers during project execution and dry-dock periods, supervising and managing all activities related to assigned projects and systems, including maintenance. Provide technical expertise and operational support
- Drive continuous improvement, dynamically optimizing activity planning based on lessons learned and evolving circumstances
- Conduct reports, statistical analysis, and progress control to track yard performance and project efficiency
- Perform additional duties as required, contributing to overall project success
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marine engineering, shipbuilding, ship operations, architecture, or interior design
- Professional experience in architectural and interior design, hotel technology, and project management related to ship newbuilding, conversion, or repair projects
- Extensive proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD for technical planning and execution
- Extensive experience leading ship outfitting projects, with a strong focus on yard operations for cruise ships
- Proven project management skills, including effective supplier coordination and management
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
- Service oriented with good communication skills
- Very good English language skills! (English is our company language.)
