Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all dry dock activities, ensuring alignment across disciplines and stakeholders, while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Lead the preparation of technical specifications, oversee administrative processes, and manage budget control to ensure operational efficiency and project alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement and adaptive optimization of activity planning by integrating lessons learned and responding effectively to evolving conditions and unexpected developments
  • Prepare and analyse reports, statistics, and performance metrics to monitor and control yard progress
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marine engineering, ship building, ship operations or any related field
  • Senior-level experience in planning and executing shipbuilding, conversion, and repair projects, with a strong background in project management across all phases
  • Demonstrated leadership excellence in overseeing complex maritime projects, driving cross-functional team collaboration, and ensuring the seamless execution of dry dock operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Solid foundation in MS Office and MS Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
  • Very good English language skills! (English is our company language)
  • This role entails 25% to 50% travel aboard ships
