Your Responsibilities

 ​

  • Carry out carpentry maintenance and repair work in guest and crew areas.
  • Execute assigned tasks safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare and verify required materials in coordination with technical storekeepers.
  • Participate in daily planning meetings and follow assigned work schedules.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition.
  • Support inventory checks and requisition of materials, tools, and spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environment standards.
  • Assist with additional maintenance tasks when required.

Your Profile

Education:

  • Completed vocational training (e.g. carpentry or similar trade)
  • Alternative, relevant practical experience in carpentry.

Professional & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of wood and laminate structures,
  • Professional Skills: good knowledge of carpentry repair techniques and materials.
  • Ability to use standard tools (e.g. Drill, screwdriver, hand tools)
  • Basic technical understanding of maintenance processes.

Certifications:

  • As per applicable “Mandatory Certification and Training Matrix”.

Competencies:

  • Result-oriented with strong practical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a structured working approach.
  • High level of safety awareness and compliance mindset.
  • Quality-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Openness to change and willingness to support cross-function tasks.

Language Requirement:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for effectively interacting with colleagues onboard and in the office.
