Your Responsibilities
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on People Coordinator who supports our small HR team during a parental leave. Together we are responsible for more than 250 employees who manage our cruise ships from the office in Hamburg. - Employee Relations:
Be a trusted contact for employee inquiries throughout the entire employee life cycle including a smooth experience for new joiners and departing colleagues
- Payroll & Compensation:
Ensure smooth monthly payroll processing and liaise with finance and external providers
- Recruiting:
Manage job postings, screen candidates, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
- HR Admin & Data:
Keep HR platforms, systems and employee files up to date and compliant and ensure detailed HR reporting
- Workplace Health & Safety:
Promote and maintain occupational safety standards in line with local regulations and coordination of existing benefit plans
Your Profile
- Degree or professional training in Human Resources Management
- Professional experience as a People Generalist
- High level of structured and organized way of working
- Very good communicator and experienced in international business field
- Reporting expertise – Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Self-driven and autonomous way of working
- Business fluent English and German skills are mandatory
