Your Responsibilities
Join our dynamic team as a Manager Data Analysis & Innovation, where you'll play a key role in transforming data into strategic insight and driving innovation within the CMG Technical Procurement department. Your expertise in data mining, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Power BI will directly support effective planning and guide impactful business strategies. As a hands-on leader, you will champion new approaches, including utilizing innovative AI technologies, to enhance efficiency and elevate overall performance. - Support the procurement team through data mining and report generation
- Create dashboards using Power BI to visualize data effectively
- Track team performance and KPIs to support management and ensure smooth operations
- Respond to data requests and analysis needs from across the team
- Identify and evaluate innovations in supply chain tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence, to support strategic transformation
- Analyze data and innovation trends to suggest process improvements
- Recommend changes that boost efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring completion aligned with objectives
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 5 years' experience in data analytics, BI, or innovation-focused roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized maritime procurement softwares
- Expertise in data analytics tools and techniques, including Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and machine learning applications
- Strong technical and analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and marine maintenance systems (e.g., Infoship, AMOS)
- Confident communicator with ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with project management and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English (English is our company’s official language)
