Your Responsibilities

- Conduct qualified itinerary calculations, applying nautical knowledge and experience to ensure feasibility, while collaborating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and resolving berth booking conflicts in coordination with Port Operations and brand deployment teams.
- Maintain and update nautical data relevant to itinerary planning and deployment processes, reviewing data accuracy, identifying potential challenges , and supporting the development of effective solutions.
- Prepare and compile data, analyses, and supporting materials for itinerary-related reviews, presentations, and decision-making processes.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marine Navigation, Nautical Science or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of nautical terminology, itinerary or route planning principles essential
- First professional experience in the area of itinerary planning beneficial
- On-board experience preferred with exposure to marine navigation or cruise operations
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities with the attention to details
- Experience in office 365, Power BI and MXP would be a plus
- Self-driven and autonomous way of working with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments on shore and on shipboard
- Business fluent English skills (English is our company’s official language)
