Your Responsibilities

• Conduct qualified itinerary calculations, applying nautical knowledge and experience to ensure feasibility, while collaborating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and resolving berth booking conflicts in coordination with Port Operations and brand deployment teams. 
• Maintain and update nautical data relevant to itinerary planning and deployment processes, reviewing data accuracy, identifying potential challenges , and supporting the development of effective solutions.
• Prepare and compile data, analyses, and supporting materials for itinerary-related reviews, presentations, and decision-making processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marine Navigation, Nautical Science or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of nautical terminology, itinerary or route planning principles essential
• First professional experience in the area of itinerary planning beneficial
• On-board experience preferred with exposure to marine navigation or cruise operations
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities with the attention to details
• Experience in office 365, Power BI and MXP would be a plus
• Self-driven and autonomous way of working with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments on shore and on shipboard
• Business fluent English skills (English is our company’s official language)
