Zeige Deine Leidenschaft:

• bei der Abwicklung von Gruppen- und Charterkreuzfahrten für die Märkte DE/AT/CH, einschließlich aller Sonderwünsche, in Abstimmung mit anderen Costa-Teams an Land und an Bord

• durch die verkaufs- und serviceorientierte Beratung unserer Vertriebspartner

• bei der Überwachung der Kontingente

• in der telefonischen Unterstützung der Gebietsverkaufsleiter bei der Akquisition von Gruppen

• durch die Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben

Was Dich einzigartig macht:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau bzw. Touristikkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste oder auch gern mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Touristik
• sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit guter Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Priorisierung der Aufgaben
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung

Group Booking DACH Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a full-time employee for our Group Booking Specialist in Hamburg.

Show your passion:

• in the handling of group and charter cruises for the DE/AT/CH markets, including all special requests, in coordination with other Costa teams ashore and on board
• by providing sales and service-orientated advice to our sales partners
• monitoring the contingents
• providing telephone support to the area sales managers in the acquisition of groups
• by taking on administrative tasks

What makes you unique:

• Completed vocational training as a travel agent or tourism agent or comparable training
• First or several years of professional experience in tourism
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Structured way of working paired with good goal and solution orientation, sense of responsibility and prioritization of tasks
• Good communication skills and customer-orientation
