How you’ll live your ambition:
You will have the opportunity to join our creative and dynamic Social Media team, within the Global marketing department. With your experience and skill to make things happen, you will be responsible for executing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and connecting with our audience in a way that embodies the spirit of our brand. From our headquarters in Genoa, this role offers the opportunity to travel frequently, experience our cruise destinations first-hand to capture authentic content and impact our international social media management strategies.
Demonstrate your passion
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust the strategy as necessary to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Get things right
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall company goals and campaigns.
- Analyze key performance indicators and metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of our social media strategy.
- Travel frequently on board our cruises to capture content, providing followers with real-time updates and an insider's view of the experience.
What makes you unique
- Your journey includes 5 to 7 years of experience as Social media manager in global companies and/or advertising agencies, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Social media platforms and tools (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Buffer, Sprinklr, Capcut, Facebook, Intagram, Tiktok, YouTube) and analytical tools for both performance and awareness (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Tiktok analytics) are your adventure companions.
- Any experience in managing and implementing international campaigns and strategies will be valued.
- You approach decision-making with a data-driven mindset.
- Your fluency in English knows no bounds, reflecting your action and openness to the world. Additional languages are a plus.
- You naturally possess strong creative skills with an eye for visual content and storytelling, as well as excellent Influencer Marketing experience.
- The success of the team is your success. Therefore, you know how to work independently while keeping all stakeholders coordinated and aligned.
- You are curious to firsthand experience our product to best convey the guest experience. Therefore, you are available to travel onboard our fleet.
