Within our Revenue Management Department, you'll have the opportunity to lead our Pricing Team and drive strategic pricing initiatives, engaging with many stakeholders across the Italian, European, and global markets for Costa Crociere.
This role involves developing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing business performance, and innovating pricing models to maximize revenue. We need a smart professional with a data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing our pricing strategies across all Costa fleets and markets.

How you’ll live your ambition:
- From our offices in Genoa, as the Head of Strategic Pricing, you will be at the forefront of our pricing strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in the market. You will lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for sales opening, adjusting long-term strategies to seize new opportunities or mitigate risks. Your keen eye for detail will help you monitor competition, define price positioning, and innovate pricing models to maximize customer willingness to buy and pay.
- Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the E-commerce team and other channel stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your insights will contribute to the revenue planning process, and you will interact with Costa’s Sales & Marketing teams and worldwide markets to ensure our strategies are aligned and effective.
Demonstrate your passion
- You will chart the course of our strategy by developing and implementing pricing strategies for sales opening (18-24 months in advance) and adjusting long-term strategies to seize new opportunities or mitigate risks (12-18 months in advance).
- You enjoy identifying new opportunities and uncovering blind spots. Through data and analytics, you’ll monitor competition, define price positioning, and innovate pricing models to maximize customer willingness to buy and pay.
- Similarly, you will collaborate with the E-commerce team and other channel stakeholders to ensure a coherent customer journey, contribute to the revenue planning process, and interact with Costa’s Sales & Marketing teams and worldwide markets.

- You will have the opportunity to engage with several colleagues, particularly with the Revenue Management, E-commerce, and Sales & Marketing teams, to ensure effective pricing strategies and maximize company revenues.
What makes you unique:
- You bring over 10 years of experience in pricing and revenue management in global companies, backed by a strong academic background in Economics, Management Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.
- Your data-driven approach to decision-making and complex problem-solving, combined with your business sense and commercial awareness, sets you apart.
- You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other quantitative tools, with knowledge of Power BI being a great plus.
- Fluency in English is essential, and a second language is a bonus.
- Your optimistic and enthusiastic approach, coupled with high resilience to risks and pressure, makes you a valuable team player.
- Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with your strong entrepreneurial attitude, will inspire and encourage others to give their best.
