Within our Marketing & Direct Sales department at Costa's Genoa Headquarters, the Enterprise MarTech Program Manager will play a key role in one of the company's most strategic transformation initiatives: Omnichannel Personalization & Pricing and bundling. Working at the intersection of business strategy, commercial transformation, and technology, you will help ensure that Pricing & Bundling evolves as a fully integrated business capability, connected to Personalization powered by Customer Data Platform, omnichannel activation, and the broader MarTech ecosystem. Through this opportunity and leveraging on GenAI capabilities, you will contribute to shaping the platforms, processes, and integrations that will support Costa's future growth and customer experience ambitions.

As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Costa's transformation agenda, with a particular focus on the strategic evolution of our Omnichannel Personalization & Pricing and bundling. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, consulting partners, and vendors, you will help ensure that commercial transformation initiatives are translated into scalable platform capabilities and integrated solutions. Through your contribution, you will support the successful delivery of complex enterprise programs, helping the organization connect business ambition, technology innovation, and operational execution.

Platform Strategy, Integration & Business Enablement

You will contribute to the evolution of Costa's MarTech and commercial technology ecosystem, helping define requirements and capabilities across key platforms and integrations. By bridging business needs and technology solutions, you will support the development of future-ready capabilities that enhance personalization, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance.

Governance, Vendor Management & Enterprise Delivery

You will coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams, consulting partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will facilitate governance processes, support strategic decision-making, and help drive alignment between business priorities, technology investments, and delivery objectives.

Pricing & Bundling Transformation

You will act as the MarTech and Digital lead within Costa's strategic Pricing & Bundling transformation program, ensuring alignment between business objectives, platform capabilities, and delivery roadmaps. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will help translate transformation ambitions into scalable and executable solutions, managing initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle, from envisioning and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and business adoption.

What Makes You Unique

• 6-8 years of experience in MarTech, Digital Transformation, Platform Delivery, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Program Management, or similar environments, leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end programs across the full delivery lifecycle, from strategy and envisioning through solution design, development, UAT, deployment, and business adoption.
• Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Personalization, and Omnichannel technologies.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology, translating strategic objectives into functional and technical solutions.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, customer data platforms, and advanced data-driven capabilities within enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex transformation programs.

• Salary Range: 50.000 - 60.000€ based on skills and professional experience and individual incentive scheme.
