Join us in Genoa as Digital Acquisition Coordinator, where performance marketing becomes a strategic growth lever, and every activation helps shape how travelers discover, consider, and choose their next cruise experience.

You will play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition through paid digital channels, supporting Costa’s commercial growth across markets and across the full customer journey. Operating at the intersection of data, media activation and cross‑functional collaboration, you will turn media investment into measurable business results.

• Paid Digital Acquisition Strategy & Activation
  You will coordinate and activate paid digital acquisition initiatives across core performance channels (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, Affiliate and emerging platforms), translating commercial objectives into effective, cross‑funnel media activation plans across markets.
• Campaign Optimization & Performance Excellence
  You will monitor, optimize and scale campaigns in partnership with media agencies and platform partners, improving efficiency against key KPIs such as traffic quality, conversions, CPA, ROAS and revenue contribution. You will ensure strong alignment between media, creatives, landing pages and measurement frameworks.
• Insights, Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  You will transform performance data into actionable insights, supporting investment decisions and post‑campaign evaluations. Collaborating closely with ecommerce, digital media, brand, CRM, analytics and technology teams, you will contribute to the continuous evolution and effectiveness of Costa’s digital acquisition ecosystem.

What Makes You Unique

• 7+ years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing roles within complex, international organizations
• Proven hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition channels excluding SEA (e.g. Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, Affiliate, Metasearch)
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate performance data into optimization actions and clear business recommendations
• Solid experience working with media agencies and cross‑functional internal stakeholders in dynamic, performance‑driven environments
• High level of ownership, autonomy and precision, combined with a test‑and‑learn and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English; experience in the travel, tourism or cruise industry is considered a strong plus
