How you’ll live your ambition:

In the role of Commercial Planning Analyst at our Genoa Shoreside offices within Strategic Activation & Commercial Planning team, you will play a crucial role in long-term sales planning and forecasting to support the Company and Top Management in the decision-making process.

• You will be able to offer a unique and complete vision of the business and the set of KPIs thanks to strong collaboration with markets, channels and revenue management.
• You will be the knowledgeable and dynamic colleague with a data-driven mindset, capable of creating, reading and interpreting the most important sales numbers and KPIs in the cruise industry.

• You will actively contribute to achieving the daily objectives of the new Strategic Activation & Commercial Planning organization
• You will have the opportunity to be included in a structure that effectively manages the world of marketing and sales and operates in all business sectors, with increasingly integrated processes and drivers.

• Your journey should encompass first experiences Sales & Marketing analytical roles.
• Your expertise is strengthened by academic backgrounds in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• To excel in this role, we expect you to possess an excellent knowledge of sales & marketing strategies.
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and are willing to learn and introduce new tools. Regarding analytical tools, You have knowledge of Power BI and Qlikview.
• Important soft skills that we highly value include the flexibility to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.
• As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.
