You will play a key role in driving Costa’s Casino customer engagement strategy, ensuring that marketing initiatives are transformed into impactful customer experiences and sustainable commercial results. Working at the intersection of Customer Marketing, CRM, Commercial Planning, and Global Gaming, you will connect strategy and execution, bringing together people, processes, data, and technology to deliver high-performing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Casino Customer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Orchestration
You will lead the planning and activation of Casino promotional campaigns, translating commercial priorities into compelling customer engagement initiatives. Acting as the key connector between Carnival Global Gaming and Costa’s commercial and marketing functions, you will ensure that campaigns, offers, targeting strategies, and customer journeys are aligned, commercially effective, and ready for execution.
Customer Segmentation, Offer Governance & Customer Value Creation
You will define audience and engagement strategies leveraging customer insights, behavioral data, and CRM capabilities. You will oversee the governance of promotional mechanics, discounts, vouchers, and campaign eligibility criteria, ensuring every initiative delivers relevant customer experiences while maximizing business performance and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Leadership, Execution Excellence & Performance Optimization
You will coordinate a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales Channels, IT, CRM, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of customer marketing initiatives. You will monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve processes, targeting approaches, and engagement strategies to drive customer loyalty and commercial growth.
What Makes You Unique
- 5–10 years of experience in Customer Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Customer Engagement, or Commercial Planning roles, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused commercial initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, promotional campaign management, audience segmentation, loyalty programs, and data-driven engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and successfully align multiple stakeholders across commercial, marketing, operational, and technology functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights and campaign performance data to generate actionable recommendations and measurable improvements.
- Experience working in CRM and Marketing Automation environments with a solid understanding of campaign governance, execution processes, and customer activation frameworks.
- Excellent communication, influencing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, combined with fluency in English and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to travel frequently
