As an AI & Data Manager in our IT department, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation. Your role is pivotal in shaping our future, and here's how:

Renewal & Modernization

You'll contribute to the renewal of our AI & Data capabilities, focusing on conversational analytics to provide chat-based insights and natural language dashboards.

Self-Service Analytics

Define processes and best practices for self-service analytics, ensuring privacy, security, and scalability across our solutions.

Product Delivery

Manage the delivery of new AI & Data products, collaborating with external partners and driving adoption to enhance our operations.

Data & AI Governance

Lead and strengthen our Data & AI Governance framework, ensuring ethical principles, regulatory compliance, and data quality practices are upheld.

What makes you unique

• Master's Degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Data & Analytics, preferably within global companies or innovative start-ups.
• Proven track record as a Data & Analytics Manager in transformation programs, with knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake being advantageous.
• Experience in data governance frameworks, including data stewardship, cataloging, and privacy by design.
• Expertise in designing and implementing conversational analytics solutions, such as natural language query systems and chat-based BI.
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools, along with strong project management skills.
