We are looking to hire an Sr. Project Lead, Revenue Systems This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, specifically focused in areas with financial impact. At this level, the individual will be able to lead a project, provide recommendations for improvement, and actively participate in the design and implementation for accurate financial reporting and processes to address operational needs. Design and implementation of onboard and Shoreside department related systems and processes to address operational needs, accurate financial record, and to enhance controls. Provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ships. Travel, internationally and domestically, up to 25% may be required to provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the fleet.
This individual will need to manage multiple, multi-functional collaborative projects, while documenting findings, communicating project status updates to upper management, and facilitating resolution or mitigation plans. Actively engage with cross-functional project teams to coordinate design, testing, and implementation. Responsible for documenting policy and procedures and providing support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship. Continuously analyze existing business processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Support finance-related system initiatives by coordinating intake, testing, documentation, and deployment across ships and shoreside teams.
Provides recommendations for improvement and actively participates in the design and implementation for accurate financial reporting and processes to address operational needs, accurate financial records, and to enhance controls
Scope, risk, and issue management, including documenting, communicating project status updates and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans.
Document policy and procedures and provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship. Maintains all project artifacts. Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project.

Knowledge & Skills:
Scope: Controllership and onboard systems projects, spanning both shoreside and shipboard environments
Problem Solving: Decisions focus on day-to-day activities within the company.
Impact: Decisions made at this level help to ensure that daily activities proceed smoothly and therefore help to move the company toward reaching a strategic goal. They have short term consequences.
Leadership: Project management skills a plus. No direct reports but expected to own cross-team deliverables and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum Experience (if preferred but not required, list as such):
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, project management, or related field
3–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or project coordination
Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
Familiarity with internal controls and audit-aligned processes
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
Project management experience, working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), understanding of internal controls (and Sarbanes Oxley as applicable), working knowledge of computerized accounting systems, knowledge of Oracle
Travel: Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely
Work Conditions:Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects, or operations.
Physical Demands:Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Princess office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
