We are looking to hire a Senior Manager, General and Administrative Finance. The Senior Manager, General and Administrative Finance is a key contributor to Princess' success by providing financial transparency and executive-level reporting by leading a team responsible for building and maintaining all financial policies, processes, controls, and modelling for general & administrative ("G&A”) and Workforce related expenses. This is a challenging opportunity to partner with executive leaders across the organization to ensure they have a clear understanding of back office spend and the organization structures. Additionally, this position will serve as our subject matter led to increase the strategic scope of the Compensation & Benefits Planning function through specialized Finance knowledge. This individual must serve as a strong global business partner to Princess leadership teams, delivering broad financial support and reporting across all departments. Specifically, the role’s primary measure is to strategically create and execute actionable work products that elevate awareness and drive financially sound decision-making. This individual will serve as a key resource to direct reports in order to foster growth and development.

Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning & Analytics:
Act as Finance subject matter lead for Compensation & Benefits planning, workforce planning, and position management processes.
Partner with HR and senior leaders to optimize the use of workforce data, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
Recommend, develop, and implement workforce metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools that elevate workforce analytics as a strategic, data‑driven thought partner to the business.
G&A Financial Planning & Performance Management:
Lead and manage the G&A operating plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly close forecast processes.
Provide comprehensive reporting to the Princess FP&A team and brand shoreside business teams, including detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
Develop and deliver high‑quality financial reporting and monthly executive packages that clearly articulate G&A spend by major area and key cost drivers.
Construct cost‑driver‑specific ad hoc analyses with clear conclusions, highlighting opportunities to optimize spend and improve financial efficiency.
Design and maintain KPIs that measure financial performance against industry benchmarks, historical trends, and strategic targets.
Process Optimization & Automation:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring manual processes by leveraging approved AI and analytics tools.
Drive productivity, accuracy, and reporting efficiency through standardization, automation, and continuous process improvement.
Work with HR teams to assess systems and process improvements for Headcount and Contractor hiring.
Collaborate with HR teams and Operators to ensure Org charts are reflecting the latest structure and updated without major manual intervention
People Leadership & Collaboration:
Provide coaching, guidance, and development support to direct reports, fostering high performance and career growth.
Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment that encourages partnership across Finance, HR, and business leadership.
Knowledge & Skills:
Scope: The role involves working closely with all levels of management (ship and shore) and the Leadership Team. It includes facilitating Health, Environmental, Safety, and Security (HESS) and General Compliance meetings to identify continuous improvement opportunities and addressing any difficulties encountered with management.
Problem solving: The role requires addressing, reporting on, and discussing any relevant and appropriate matters, topics, or issues relating to ethics and compliance. This includes escalating potential non-compliance with company policies or compliance with laws and regulations to Senior Executive Management.
Impact: The role has a significant impact on the company's compliance with HESS and General Compliance policies. It involves ensuring that proper compliance requirements have been considered for modifications and/or installations of pollution prevention or other HESS equipment and reviewing any changes to Global HESS policies and procedures prior to implementation.
Leadership: The role requires developing productive working relationships with all levels of management and facilitating compliance training. It also involves commissioning HESS audits as deemed necessary and advising Senior Executive Management and/or the Compliance Committee of any significant issues, impediments, or difficulties in the execution of responsibilities and authorities.

Requirements:
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and executive story telling skills
Experience using Hyperion, Oracle, PowerBI platforms
Adept in instilling financial discipline and communicating financial impact in an understandable way for non-finance audience
Excellent in developing cross-functional strategies and plans
Skilled in MS Office particularly strong in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and experience managing a team
Trusted partner with senior leaders and team collaborator with proven ability to work successfully with diverse skillsets and levels
Ability to self-manage and prioritize various deliverables and timelines for team and self
Service oriented, process improvement mindset to drive business goals and team success
8-10 years of experience in Finance, Business or similar field with progressive growth and increase in scope and responsibilities
Strong leadership characteristics including strategic thinking, partnering, driving change, effective communicator, and talent development.
Exude confidence, as the finance organization will look to this individual for guidance and leadership.
Travel: No or very little travel likely
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Physical Demands:Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Princess office Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the area.
