We are looking for an amazing Senior Manager, eCommerce Product to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Senior Manager, eCommerce Product – Cruise Ticket seeks to stimulate demand - and therefore drive revenue and bookings, by overseeing our eCommerce product roadmap across the princess.com platform, with a primary focus on our retail business. These objectives are obtained by overseeing product development, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning products with business goals. The key responsibilities are to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the Cruise Ticketing experience across Princess Cruises’ digital platforms. Focus on mid-to-bottom funnel functionality, including booking flows, payment integrations, and ticketing systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, scalable, and conversion-optimized ticketing experience. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in product management, user experience, and conversion optimization in travel or retail. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, personalized, and high-performing booking experience that aligns with business goals and enhances the customer journey from booking to payment.

Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision for cruise ticketing.
Optimize booking flows and payment systems, leverage personalization and recommendations and create flows that support authenticated and unauthenticated users.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage the lifecycle.Drive KPIs tied to revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for booking and payment experiences.
Leverage data, customer insights, and business objectives to prioritize features and enhancements that improve relevance, personalization, and performance.
Lead booking strategy initiatives that directly impact revenue, customer acquisition, and digital engagement.
Own the roadmap for booking and payment capabilities across all digital touchpoints, aligning with executive stakeholders and contributing to multi-million-dollar business outcomes.
Partner with other product teams, as well as engineering and analytics teams, to implement and optimize booking experiences and functionality and machine learning models.
Ensure scalability, performance, and continuous improvement of the book and payment stack.
Strong strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities.
An understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design, with expertise in data tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Heap, or similar tools.
Collaborate with UX/UI, content, and analytics teams to design and test intuitive, engaging, and conversion-optimized interfaces for booking and payment, as well as authenticated and unauthenticated users.
Champion A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
Act as the primary liaison between product, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate product plans, KPIs, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Mentor and develop a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of digital commerce, user experience, and product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Best-in-class conversion, identity and recommendation engines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on eCommerce or digital platforms.
3+ years of experience managing Booking and Payment products.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and launching customer-facing digital products.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or retail industries is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, and analytics tools.
Beginning in 2028, this position will remain on the same Tuesday–Thursday in-office schedule but will transition to our new headquarters in the Miami, FL area.
