We are looking for an amazing Senior Data Specialist, Food and Beverage Services to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Senior Data Specialist, Food and Beverage Services is responsible for leading a strategy capability, continuously analyzing market, competitive, and revenue scenarios, and business cases in addition to performance insights to drive incremental revenue and optimizations across teams. This role involves leading operational efficiency initiatives, partnering with business analytical teams for opportunities across workforce and processes. The Senior Specialist will work closely with the VP F&B and Sr Director F&B experience to support various weekly and biweekly performance reports, presentations, and projections. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field, and extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities
- Lead a strategy capability, continuously analyzing market, competitive, and revenue scenarios, and business cases in addition to performance insights to drive incremental revenue and optimizations across teams.
- Lead operational efficiency initiatives, partnering with business analytical teams for opportunities across workforce and processes.
- Lead a team and effort to refine and focus the Princess Medallion Class Product offering to better operationalize as well as monetize the differentiated offering.
- Design, build, and sustain business intelligence capabilities across all departments and performance areas.
- Identify high-potential talent and create opportunities for them to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.
- Create and manage annual guest commerce budgets, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and capital expenditures. Monitor budget performance and adjust as necessary to ensure financial targets are met.
- Understanding of workplace policies and procedures / Familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance / Capacity to be punctual and meet deadlines / Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team / Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in supporting analytical roles overseeing significant P&Ls and large teams in technology, sales, and revenue enhancement.
- Minimum 5 years of business management experience in the cruise, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Experience in strategy, transformation, and revenue optimization.
- Experience with development, deployment, promotions, and market penetration using data analytics.
- Proficient in Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office Products.
- Extensive experience working cross-functionally within a large-scale, complex, data-driven, and technologically innovative organization.
- Strong consumer mindset and track record - drives the business in a way that establishes clear consumer value propositions.
- Participative, thoughtful facilitator that can keep others engaged and on track in meeting environments.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects while meeting deadlines, budgets, and managing teams to achieve optimal results.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). However, beginning in 2027, employees in this position will be required to work on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
