The Security Program Manager will own and drive high-visibility security compliance and programs across the global enterprise. This position ensures alignment of security initiatives with corporate strategy, business risk, and regulatory obligations, while institutionalizing operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to align security projects, efforts and initiatives with enterprise strategy and regulatory obligations.
Lead and participate in cross-brand, cross-functional security programs supporting a global fleet and shoreside operations, ensuring scalability and resilience.
Establish and enforce program governance, integrating cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
Own multi-million-dollar budgets, driving ROI and cost optimization across program initiatives.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance.
Act as a trusted advisor to the PMO and IT leadership, providing insight into program progress, risk posture, and investment needs.
Build and institutionalize repeatable processes that improve efficiency, security posture, and long-term adoption across brands.
Align and work with PCL CAB processes and methodology, enhancing Project Management principals, Agile methodology and Scrum practices across Information Security projects and initiatives, while also ensuring alignment with Carn Cop Policies and GCS Standards.
Knowledge & Skills:
Problem solving: The Program Manager would need to know how to use various project planning and execution tools to achieve results, metric and KPI reporting, PowerPoint for leadership storytelling, use of Ai productivity tools such as MS Copilot and Claude, as well as Smartsheet's and be flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic organization with teams that change and roles are not always identified clearly. A deep appreciation for problem solving as a PM and as a technology professional.
Impact: Strong organizational skills, ability to influence without authority, and adeptness at translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders. Strong Program Management skills so that subject matter experts and senior managers can direct and lead efforts and projects knowing that the Program Manager is organizing and managing project teams and their output.
Leadership: Drive the planning and execution of overarching security programs, such as data protection, third-party risk, and incident response. Collaborate across IT and Web teams, demonstrate leadership in problem solving, solutioning and adept with working with onsite vendors, consultants and employees, as well as senior-executive management that might be co-located.

Essential/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
10+ years of progressive program and project management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity or enterprise IT initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale programs in complex, global, and regulated environments.
Strong financial and strategic acumen; history of aligning cybersecurity investments with business priorities.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing C-suite and Board-level decisions.
Proven record of delivering measurable improvements in security posture, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Essential Experience Required:
A proven cybersecurity leader to join our organization as a Senior Technical Program Manager.
This role requires a strategic operator with deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and standards, enterprise program management, and the ability to deliver transformative initiatives that enhance security, compliance, and business resilience.
Travel: Less than 25% non-shipboard travel likely
Work Conditions:Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Princess office in Monday through Thursday each week.
