We’re looking for an amazing Sales Trainer, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Sales Trainer plays a critical role in driving revenue and guest satisfaction by equipping inbound and outbound contact center agents with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to achieve sales goals. This position ensures that training programs align with business objectives and foster consistent sales performance. As a key contributor, the Sales Trainer enhances agent confidence, product knowledge, objection handling, and consultative selling skills. The Sales Trainer also partners with leadership to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions that promote continuous improvement.
This role operates with a moderate degree of autonomy, and requires regular collaboration with leadership, Sales Coaches and Quality Assurance to identify training needs and deliver targeted solutions. The Sales Trainer is responsible for delivering training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and adapting content based on performance metrics and feedback. Daily decisions include customizing training delivery, responding to real-time coaching needs, and addressing performance issues through tailored learning interventions. This role requires prioritizing multiple training initiatives while maintaining alignment with business KPIs.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging onboarding programs to equip new agents with foundational product knowledge, sales techniques, system navigation, and compliance requirements.
Design, revise and enhance training materials, role plays, and job aids in response to business needs and performance trends.
Provide on-the-floor coaching and development, in person and virtually, to both new and tenured agents, offering feedback based on live or recorded calls.
Lead refresher training sessions and skill-building workshops focused on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and upselling.
Use assessments, KPIs, and feedback to measure training impact. Identify areas for improvement and modify delivery accordingly.
Work closely with leadership, QA and Sales Coaches to align training with business objectives and performance goals.
Analyze sales metric to identify knowledge or skill gaps and develop training plans to address them.
Reinforce sales compliance standards, proper call documentation, and adherence to internal policies.
The Sales Trainer plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the skills, techniques, and product knowledge needed to convert opportunities into bookings. This role supports both shore-based and shipboard Future cruise sales operations, ensuring consistency in selling approaches across global markets. By aligning training programs with organizational revenue strategies and guest experience objectives, the Sales Trainer directly supports the company’s ability to increase sales performance, maximize take rates, and achieve business targets.
The role requires the ability to evaluate sales performance metrics, identify gaps in conversion or upselling, and design targeted training interventions. Sales Trainers must analyze sales data, guest feedback, and team performance to determine root causes of underperformance. They anticipate challenges such as varying skill levels, resistance to new techniques, or market-specific needs, and develop tailored solutions that drive measurable improvements in sales results.
The Sales Trainer directly impacts revenue generation and guest satisfaction by improving frontline sales capability. Through impactful refresher programs, and advanced sales coaching, the role strengthens product knowledge, selling confidence, and conversion techniques. The impact extends across multiple sales channels, improving consistency of sales messaging, supporting upsell initiatives, and ensuring the business meets or exceeds revenue goals. By setting high standards for sales training, the role also influences broader organizational success and competitiveness.
The Sales Trainer provides leadership through influence and expertise. The role guides and motivates frontline sellers, inspires confidence in new sales approaches, and drives adoption of best practices across diverse teams. The Sales Trainer partners with sales leadership to align training initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring resources are focused on the highest revenue-impacting priorities.

In Office , Fort Lauderdale, FL
Monday -Friday 8:30 AM -5:15 PM EST.
Requirements
Strong understanding of sales processes, including consultative selling, upselling and objection handling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to support training during different shifts, including evening or weekends if needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Virtual training tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams).
Ability to assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies abased on performance metrics and agent feedback.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support others in achieving sales goals.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales trainer, learning & development, or sales enablement role, preferably in a high-volume contact center environment.
Proven track record in training both inbound and outbound sales teams.
Hands-on experience with adult learning principles, training development tools, and techniques.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
Experience using LMS platforms, call monitoring tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Knowledge of sales methodologies.
Familiarity with blended and remote training models.

- Base Salary Range: $23.75 to $32.07. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
