We’re looking for an amazing Sales & Service Trainer to fill this role. The Sales and Service Trainer is responsible for facilitating training classes for newly hired employees as well as refresher training for current employees. They will conduct effective learning sessions through classroom style training using a computer-based setting as well as individual coaching sessions.
The Sales and Service Trainer acts as the main point of contact for new agents, leads lesson plans, develops curriculum, leads new hire classes, and facilitates training for existing employees. They assist in knowledge-based updates and develop content as guided by the Manager, Enrichment Training and Knowledge.

Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for both new and existing staff members.
Maintain adequate inventory of classroom materials and equipment, as necessary create and maintain training registration, attendance, and completion records.
Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires while on the phones in the training classroom.
Evaluate measure and track the progress of training participants, providing feedback, and hiring recommendations to managers.
Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the training programs.
Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to align training initiatives with overall business goals.
Integrate new ideas and approaches into training programs to enhance their effectiveness.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule & Location This is a 100% in-office position currently based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with plans to relocate to Miramar, Florida by the end of the year. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with working hours typically between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Due to the global nature of the training function, occasional early morning, evening, or extended hours may be required.
This role requires up to 25% travel, including potential international travel.
Requirements
Previous experience facilitating and developing sales training curricula.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience presenting and facilitating training for large groups.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrates a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, serving as a role model for frontline staff in behavior, communication, and presentation.
Leads by example by respecting and protecting the health and safety of self and others.
Promotes a strong safety culture by encouraging the reporting of accidents, near-miss incidents, and work-related health concerns.
Supports team compliance with Health, Environment, Safety, and Security (HESS) policies and procedures, including promotion of HESS Golden Rules.
Participates in required HESS training and conducts risk assessments as needed.
Demonstrates HESS leadership in alignment with the Heroes of Safe & Well program.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and service training preferred.
Extensive experience delivering sales, product, and customer service training programs for new hires in inbound and outbound call center environments, preferably within the travel industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

- Base Salary Range: $23.75 to $32.07. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
