We are looking for an amazing Analyst, Revenue to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You will be responsible for analyzing booking trends and pace by reviewing a variety of data sources to see week over week pace and year over year data to support and implement new pricing strategies. Monitors booking performance of voyages vs. targets and makes recommendations for course correction as needed. Supports the implementation of pricing initiatives for communications to consumers and travel agents, such as direct mail and regional promotions. Ensures optimization of revenue by managing promotion availability, raising fares, or adjusting inventory availability.

Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for optimizing pricing in a dedicated deployment and/or market and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Analyzes booking trends and pace by reviewing week over week pace and year over year data to support new pricing strategies.                                                                      
  • Monitors booking performance of voyages vs. targets and makes recommendations for course correction as needed.                                                             
  • Ensures optimization of revenue by managing promotion availability, raising fares or adjusting inventory availability.                                                             
  • Collaborate with Promotion Coordinators to ensure accurate pricing initiative implementation into reservation system.                                                                
  • Collaborate with Promotion Coordinators and entire Product team to ensure accurate pricing initiative implementation into reservation system and sourcing strategies.                                                                                                            

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years in revenue management, market planning or financial analysis
  • Prior cruise or travel industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications -Excel, PPT, Word
  • Experience in Tableau and PowerBI a plus
  • Working knowledge of computerized yield/revenue management and database management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply analytical skills, meet deadlines, multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy."                                                                                                                                                       
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). However, beginning in 2027, employees in this position will be required to work on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
