We’re looking for an amazing Principle Technical Lead II to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of solutions engineers focused on improving infrastructure applications structure, security, and processes for our brands. You’ll also be responsible for managing the technical execution of application enhancements in support of Microsoft SCCM, Exchange, O365, Teams, and other collaboration tools as a subject-matter expert in this space. A role requirement is continuous education to remain current on technologies and functionality, in addition to security and compliance controls. This position possesses a high level of technical acumen required to partner with our managed services technical teams. You’ll develop the technical strategy for system management, email, and collaboration tools and possess a deep understanding of messaging protocols, architecture patterns, and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Design and architect Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Teams solutions that meet business needs and enhance collaboration. Design, implement and manage Microsoft System Center infrastructure in alignment with business needs.
- Consult and collaborate with application managers to provide technical requirements, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
- Provides leadership, mentorship, and training to team members and business partners on new technical solutions and standards.
- Holds team accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.
- Effectively communicates and manages changes and expectations to project scope and schedule.
- Act as the highest level of engineering escalation for issues encountered.
- Develop the technical strategy for system management, email, and collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree - Computer Science, project management or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience working with SCCM, Exchange, O365 and other Collaboration tools in large enterprise environment.
- Prior experience in a leadership position is required, 3 years minimum.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions such as Azure and Intune
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions using SCCM, MECM and Endpoint Management including, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, Operating Systems, SUP, network design and all supporting technologies.
- Experience in leveraging JIRA, Confluence, or other tools to provide metrics and reports deployment management.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for systems implementation, testing, and risk management
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this position is considered In Office and will be required to follow the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).

- Base Salary Range: $133,100.00 to $179,700.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
