We’re looking for a Specialist, HR Program Manager at Holland America Line and Seabourn is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and delivery of internally developed shared business facing applications used by Princess, Holland America, Seabourn and HAP Alaska Brands.
The Specialist, HR Program Management role provides analytical, organizational, and strategic support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) for Princess Cruise Line. They will contribute to key priorities and strategic objectives of the HR Team by gathering and processing qualitative and quantitative employment data. This position will partner and collaborate with senior HR leaders and Brand HR Leads to develop, maintain, and improve analytics and insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and track goals against benchmarks, while contributing to the overall HR strategy.

Responsibilities:
Execution and Performance
Identify trends and draw useful conclusions to identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions for enhanced performance.
Evaluate data from multiple sources to analyze, draw insights and support strategic HR decision making
Support larger HR initiatives by consolidating data, updating charts, and preparing reports and presentations.
Participate in team effectiveness and team-building events (virtual and in-office), and participate in the organization of said events
Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Respond to and complete complex ad-hoc and recurring data and report requirements for the CHRO, PCL HR, and other departments
Innovation Leadership and Process Improvement
Identify process gaps and implement best practices across all areas of shoreside and shipboard HR
Facilitates HR process improvement for both shoreside and shipboard processes
Lead change management initiatives around the adoption of new implemented processes
Routinely review implemented processes and optimize where applicable
High Performance Team Leadership
Exemplify all of the Culture Essentials in all interactions
Effectively prioritize tasks as required by the business
Strategic Collaboration
Collaborate with others in PCL HR on various topics
Work with the CHRO, Senior Manager, HRBP, and others on a recurring basis
Requirements:
Education: BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, HR, or related field
3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, process improvement
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
Strong skills in project management, change management, and process charts/flows.
Experience extracting and manipulating data from large enterprise data platforms and/or HR systems.
Established analytic capabilities experienced at managing ambiguity and a passion for innovative problem-solving.
Experience making cohesive reports and structuring data from disparate sources, able to provide creative data visualization, storytelling, and to message complex subject matter.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy of results, especially in times of rapid turn-around needs.
Demonstrated judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
