We’re looking for an amazing Analyst, HR Analytics to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. The Analyst, HR Analytics main responsibility will be creating, managing, and analyzing HR data to ensure accuracy and timeliness. They will collaborate with HR professionals and other departments to develop meaningful data reports that can be used to guide the organization’s strategy and performance. The role requires the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive talent-related strategies, action, and decision-making at all levels across the organization. This role will need to be able to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and problem solve independently with a high sense of urgency on an ongoing basis. This role involves providing accurate and timely reporting on HR metrics with a high degree of confidentiality, on both and ad-hoc and a recurring basis. This requires proactive communication and coordination with professionals both in and out of the department. Translating the insights from these reports for presentations to leadership such as the CHRO and other Senior Leadership Team members is essential for supporting larger HR projects and initiatives. This role will assist in driving HR strategic goals forward using data analytics and process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete complex ad-hoc and recurring data and report requirements for the CHRO, PCL HR, and other departments.
- Evaluate data from multiple sources to analyze, draw insights and support strategic HR decision making.
- Identify trends and draw useful conclusions to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for enhanced performance.
- Design, develop, and analyze reports and presentations for all aspects of HR.
- Support larger HR initiatives by consolidating data, updating charts, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, develop sustainable data solutions, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Work independently and take initiative to identify, explore, and solve problems.
- Support and coordinate ad-hoc programs and projects, such as engagement surveys, new hire orientation, etc.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Support broader HR initiatives through analytical support.
- Coordination with senior executives and leadership across multiple departments through analytics support from the HR function.
- Lead data initiatives to define, standardize, cleanse, and map HR data, including to other systems and for use in business processes.
- Use metrics to story-tell around the effectiveness and overall health of various functions and processes across the organization.
- Produce meaningful presentations based on the analytics and insights on a cyclical and ad-hoc basis as determined by our HR Rhythm of the Business.
- Participate in team effectiveness and team-building events (virtual and in-office).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or related field.
- Prior HR Analytics or related experience strongly desired.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and/or other data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Experience using Human Resources Management Systems (Oracle HCM strongly preferred).
- Experience extracting and manipulating data from large enterprise data platforms and/or HR systems.
- Established analytic capabilities experienced at managing ambiguity and a passion for innovative problem-solving.
- Experience making cohesive reports and structuring data from disparate sources, able to provide creative data visualization, storytelling, and to message complex subject matter.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy of results, especially in times of rapid turn-around needs.
- Demonstrated judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics and technology.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). However, beginning in 2027, employees in this position will be required to work on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
