We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to fill this role. The Hotel Projects Lead will oversee multiple critical hotel operational projects that will drive the performance of the onboard hotel operation. This position plays a critical role in providing information that will be instrumental in the development of our forward strategy and spearheading implementation of our key operational projects within a fast-paced, guest focused environment. The position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery of the assigned projects, ensuring that the project remains on time and the results meet expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day coordination of Hotel Operations project activities, ensuring alignment of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives. Tracks project milestones, supports execution planning, and ensures progress against agreed objectives while identifying potential risks and coordinating resolution with project stakeholders.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Onboard Revenue, Marine, Technical, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to facilitate planning, communication, and implementation of fleetwide operational initiatives. Ensures alignment between operational needs, technical requirements, and guest experience standards throughout project execution.

  • Maintain project governance and reporting frameworks for Hotel Operations initiatives, including project documentation, dashboards, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. Ensures transparency and accountability across stakeholders while supporting leadership in monitoring project performance and progress

  • Support analysis and monitoring of operational and financial performance tied to Hotel Operations initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen service delivery. Provides insights and recommendations to leadership to support informed decision-making.

  • Support the execution of strategic Hotel Operations initiatives across the fleet, including projects related to repair and maintenance programs, dry dock planning, new build readiness, and executive-sponsored initiatives designed to enhance guest experience and drive return on invested capital (ROIC). Coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with corporate priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience supporting or leading operational or capital projects within large, complex organizations, preferably within hospitality, cruise, travel, or related service industries.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, operational planning, and cross-functional project coordination in complex organizational environments. 

  • Professional project management certification (such as PMP or equivalent) is preferred, or active progress toward certification with a demonstrated commitment to professional development in project management practices. 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience coordinating multi-million-dollar enterprise initiatives, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management across multiple departments. 

  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale operational initiatives such as asset lifecycle programs, repair and maintenance projects, facility or vessel upgrades, dry dock activities, new build readiness, or operational improvement initiatives. 

  • Proven ability to track project milestones, manage timelines and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support leadership in delivering initiatives that drive operational performance and return on invested capital (ROIC).

  • Experience working in environments requiring coordination between operational, technical, and financial stakeholders is strongly preferred

This positions is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office and you would be required to work our hybrid schedule of four days a week in the office, Monday - Thursday. You work from home on Fridays.
