We’re looking for an amazing fleet services professional to fill this role, which is a remote position reporting to Design Director, Interior Asset Management. You’ll be responsible for upkeep the hotel and crew areas onboard the Ships in respect to Interior repair and maintenance, as well as upgrades and improvement projects. Support the Ships by supplying FF&E, finishes and materials, as well as, coordinate third party suppliers and vendors in the implementation of projects both in-service and dry docks.

Responsibilities
Support all interior design aspects for designated Cruise Ships within the Princess Fleet.
Survey Ships to establish interior scopes, schedules, and budgets, to include repair and maintenance needs. Key player in building annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Coordinate and implement interior projects onboard Ships.
Create purchase orders and raise Capital projects.
Support and work closely with Guest Experience, Hotel Operations, F&B, Entertainment, Onboard Revenue, Supply Chain, Logics, Finance, and other support departments.
Engage with outsourced contractors and consultants as needed.
Manage projects in dry dock, and in-service. This includes soliciting bids and awarding work with third party vendors and managing projects to completion.
Work closely with Ship’s Staff and Technical Pods to maintain all guest and crew areas onboard Ships assigned.
Assist design colleagues as needed based on project schedules and fleet priorities.
Work closely with Director, Interior Asset Management to ensure design upgrades and changes meet Brand Standards.
Make design selections and specifications as needed.
Work with Hotel Refurbishment Team to implement projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years hospitality design experience.
Minimum 5 years Interior Project Management experience.
Minimum 5 years Design Manager experience a plus.
Microsoft Office Suite, to include Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
AutoCAD and/or Revit knowledge to read and manipulate floor plans.
SketchUp, PhotoShop, AdobePro, Illustrator, and other design presentation software.
AMOS and Binders experience a plus.
Experience in upscale hospitality design, understanding, and aesthetic.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of Hospitality Design Industry Standards and IMO Certifications.
Multi-tasker, be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communications in English.
Experience working with contractors and outsourced consultants.
Good presentation skills.
Adaptable to new processes and software.
Must be a Team player, able to work with and collaborate with others.
Must have a valid Passport and be able to travel Internationally.
Be able to work within a fast-paced and responsive work environment.
