We’re looking for an amazing Group Services Coordinator who is proficient with technology, detail oriented, and loves to think strategically. You would be responsible for coordinating with guests, Travel Advisors, incentive companies, and relevant departments to arrange group and wedding venues, onboard events, and dining requests. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling group events, weddings, and dining arrangements, as well as managing payments for prepaid events. Additionally, the role oversees Ocean Events Management group dining allocations across all ships and provides support to the shipboard Events and Guest Services Supervisor for inquiries related to groups, weddings, or the loyalty program.

Responsibilities
- Communicates with guests, Travel Advisors, incentive companies and relevant shoreside & shipboard departments.
- Collects and processes payments for prepaid group events and Weddings.
- Supports the shipboard Events & Guest Services Supervisor with any inquiries pertaining to groups, weddings or the loyalty program.
- Manages and maintains Ocean Events Management group dining allocation for all ships.
- Supports both shoreside and shipboard teams with the planning and coordination of in-port functions & events.
Please Note: The working hours of this position will be shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM ET with a 1 hour lunch Monday – Friday. You will work 3 days in office (Fort Lauderdale, FL) and 2 days remote. Please know, this could change due to business needs. You will need to have a professional remote work environment.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Customer service or Event Planning OR
- Hospitality OR
- Sales
- Guest centric with strong customer service skills.
- Great sense of ownership service recovery.
- Creative, efficient and effective bottom-line operator.
- Strong planning skills, with an innovative, hands-on, practical approach.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice for operational support.
- Works collaboratively in a diverse team environment to complete assignments by specified deadlines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
