We’re looking for an amazing Executive Assistant, Marine Operations.  This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person at our Fort Lauderdale office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible for providing high-level, detail-oriented administrative support to the VP, Marine Operations and as directed to other areas of the Marine Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage VP Marine agenda and travel schedule and track main Marine dept activities as directed. 
  • Gather documents and information for various meetings and reports within established deadlines. Assign and distribute meeting minutes and compile responses for review, as well as tracking completion of assignments to various shoreside and shipboard staff. Communications: draft, review and send communications on behalf of VP Marine. Prioritize and organize emails as required.

  • Support Marine Operations department as directed by VP Marine Operations, in various administrative and project tracking tasks.
  • Various administrative tasks as required, not limited to: document and communication record keeping, processing expense reports and invoices when required, raise cabin requests for Marine department.
  • Arrange global travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Plan, organize and implement events such as meetings/workshops, work-related gatherings, luncheons etc.
  • Office support: department organizational charts, desk assignments, raise IT support tickets etc. for Marine department


Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Some experience in executive administration or coordination preferred.
  • 3 years of work experience in a similar administrative/coordination position
  • Knowledge of and able to generally use the main Microsoft 365 Suite tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn using Company specific administrative software platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to draft written communications, and meeting summaries/minutes as directed
  • Strong inclusive and interpersonal skills to work across divisions and global cultures. Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and executives.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Hourly Range: $24.62 to $33.22. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
