We are looking for an amazing Digital Marketing Specialist, Casino to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This role will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of our casino digital marketing strategies. The individual will become the day-to-day operational expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, responsible for building, A/B testing, QA, and launching specialized casino marketing campaigns. Additionally, the position will coordinate, test, and launch campaigns in the Casino Rewards Vault through various digital marketing outlets and onboard technology. Finally, the role will manage the coordination and delivery of full-funnel analytics for the digital campaigns executed by the casino department.

- The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products, services, and brand.
- The role will require a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
- The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of optimizing digital efforts across multiple platforms.
- Digital Marketing Campaign Coordination and Execution.
- Coordination and delivery of Campaign Analytics.
- Help plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze casino A/B testing.
- Work with international partners to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Casino web component coordination.
- Coordinate other digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management.
- 3+ years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry or a position providing direct customer service.
- Intermediate level of proficiency creating, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns (specifically email)
- Acute attention to detail and the ability to parse, review, and assure accuracy in highly segmented marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of databases, dataflow, and segmentation.
- Ability to manipulate complex data sets and numerical fluency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Experience with the Adobe Digital Marketing suite of products.
- Experience with Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, Business Objects, or other analytical reporting products.
- SQL or data manipulation languages such as Python.
- Snowflake or similar relational databases.
- Web UI/UX understanding and languages (HTML)
- Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to work collaboratively and enthusiastically within and across multiple departments.
- Willingness to Speak Up to avoid problems and inaccuracies.
- Desire to learn and find ways to constantly improve process, delivery, and the removal of friction from guest bookings.
- Experience in International Marketing
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). However, beginning in 2027, employees in this position will be required to work on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
