Job ID 12947 Date posted 04/21/2026 City Fort Lauderdale State FL Country United States Job Type Full TimeThe Building Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational support of the Fort Lauderdale office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace for employees, visitors, and partners. This role serves as the on‑site point of contact for facilities coordination, space and access management, vendor support, and routine building services, working closely with Office Operations, Facilities, IT, Security, and external service providers.
Responsibilities
Receive, accept, and process deliveries, including pallets, equipment, and large or heavy items; break down deliveries and stage materials as required. Coordinate with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure advance notification of large or specialized deliveries and communicate site capacity limitations.
Support vendor coordination for office services and supplies, including breakroom amenities (e.g., coffee, soda) and other site‑specific vendors. Reconcile P‑card transactions related to facilities and office operations and assist with basic invoice review and tracking.
Assist the department manager in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for employees and guests.Includes on-site oversight of the security team and management of the employee badging process.
Coordinate basic maintenance and minor repair tasks, such as touch‑up painting and small facilities fixes; escalate larger issues to Facilities leadership or vendors as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned

This position is classified as “in-office.” Because of the nature of the role, employees are required to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida five days each week. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
