The administrative assistant provides support to the Management Team to ensure the operations flows as smooth as possible. The core responsibilities of the administrative assistant are clerical and administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, assisting staff, and organizing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record and review employee timesheets for accuracy
- Answer office phone, manage simple enquiries and direct calls to the relevant offices
- Assist in coordinating staff events and provide relevant company communication to staff
- Greet and manage all Princess Cays visitors
- Assist with the general appearance of the office, work with Office Manager to compile checklist for maintenance issues and place/follow-up on maintenance work orders with the relevant departments.
- Assist HR Department as needed (i.e.name tags, photos)
- Work with Office Manager to ensure sufficient supplies for entire office are ordered, stocked, and organized (including office supplies)
- Assist Office Management by organizing and filing all paperwork as needed.
- Assist Office Manager with assigned financial documents and reports
- Any other duties assigned by the Sr. Management
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Education
- At least two years’ experience in an administrative role
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in English
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be physically fit;
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional;
- Ability to lift a maximum of 10 lbs as needed;
