How you'll live your ambition

Based in our Buenos Aires office, you’ll report directly to the Argentina & LATAM Country Manager. You’ll play a key role in defining and implementing pricing strategies, optimizing inventory, and supporting commercial growth in the SAM market, working in strong collaboration with the Headquarter Revenue Management Department and with the Sales Planning & Commercial Excellence department of the Americas Region. You’ll contribute to the performance evolution through analysis, projects, and targeted campaigns.

Demonstrate your passion

  • Define pricing strategies in alignment with HQ Revenue, ensuring correct system setup (discounts, insurance, taxes, beverage packages).
  • Forecast prices, commissions, and revenues, collaborating with other departments to build budgets aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze and approve new group products, managing planning and implementation of campaigns.
  • Interact with HQ Revenue to introduce new strategies and tools, exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Get things right

  • Monitor commercial performance through reports and data analytics tools, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Coordinate studies and projects to improve sales performance and commercial efficiency.
  • Manage inventory for the South America program, allocating cabins by embarkation port and ensuring availability based on ship parameters and key account plans.

What makes you unique

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales planning, performance optimization, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, booking tools, and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in group bookings and the cruise or tourism industry.
  • Flexible, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Fluent in the local language and English (additional languages are a plus!).
